3. Service Requests and Orders

3.1 How to Request Services

Customers can request our research services by submitting a service request through our website or by using our custom quote form for more complex research needs.

3.2 Service Delivery

• We provide 3 product links per standard research request
• Each request focuses on finding the specified device or product type
• If you need to find 3 of the same product, only one request is required (you will only be charged for the device search service once)
• For multiple different types of devices, please use our custom quote form

3.3 Customer Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the product links provided:

• Reply to your request email with further details about the type of device you are looking for
• Sam Tech Services will provide 1 additional research link at no extra charge to ensure you are satisfied with the products found

3.4 Product Links

A “product link” refers to a direct website link to a product found on an external online store such as JBHIFI, Harvey Norman, The Good Guys, or other retailers. This is where you can purchase the researched product. Sam Tech Services does not control the availability, pricing, or policies of external retailers.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely through Square payment service
• Payment is required before research services are provided
• We accept payment methods supported by Square

4.2 Pricing

• Pricing is based on the type and complexity of the research request
• Standard pricing applies to single product type searches
• Custom quotes are available for more complex or multi-product research requests

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our research services (time and effort are expended upon request), we generally do not offer refunds once research has been completed and delivered. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will provide 1 additional research links if you are not happy with the initial results.
