• If you are not satisfied with the product links provided, simply reply to your request email
• Provide additional details about what you’re looking for or why the initial results don’t meet your needs
• We will conduct additional research and provide 1 extra product link at no additional charge
• This ensures you receive results that better match your requirements

Refund Eligibility

We understand that circumstances can vary. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Eligible for Full Refund

• Change of mind: before research has been completed and delivered
• Payment error: If you were charged incorrectly or charged multiple times for the same service

Not Eligible for Refund

• Change of mind: After research has been completed and delivered
• Product availability: If products found through our research become unavailable at external retailers after we provide the links
• Product pricing: If prices change at external retailers after we provide the links
• Product quality: Issues with products purchased from external retailers (these must be handled directly with the retailer)
• Personal preference: If you simply don’t like the products we found, but they match your specified criteria (use our satisfaction guarantee instead)
