Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Instead of traditional refunds, we offer a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
- If you are not satisfied with the product links provided, simply reply to your request email
- Provide additional details about what you’re looking for or why the initial results don’t meet your needs
- We will conduct additional research and provide 1 extra product link at no additional charge
- This ensures you receive results that better match your requirements
Refund Eligibility
We understand that circumstances can vary. Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Eligible for Full Refund
- Change of mind: before research has been completed and delivered
- Payment error: If you were charged incorrectly or charged multiple times for the same service
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind: After research has been completed and delivered
- Product availability: If products found through our research become unavailable at external retailers after we provide the links
- Product pricing: If prices change at external retailers after we provide the links
- Product quality: Issues with products purchased from external retailers (these must be handled directly with the retailer)
- Personal preference: If you simply don’t like the products we found, but they match your specified criteria (use our satisfaction guarantee instead)
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under our policy:
- Contact us promptly: Email us within 48 hours of receiving your research results
- Provide details: Explain why you believe a refund is warranted
- Include information: Reference your order number or service request details
We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used (via Square payment service)
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed
- Bank processing: Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Partial Services
If you have requested multiple research services and only some are unsatisfactory:
- We may offer a partial refund for the unsatisfactory portion
- Alternatively, we can provide additional research for those specific items under our satisfaction guarantee
Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision:
- You may request a review by replying to our response email
- We will conduct a secondary review of your case
- Our final decision will be communicated to you in writing
If you paid via credit card through Square, you may also have dispute rights through your card issuer.

- Do not sell products directly
- Do not control external retailer pricing, availability, or policies
- Cannot process refunds for products purchased from external retailers
Product Purchase Issues

- Pricing discrepancies after purchase
These issues must be resolved directly with the external retailer where you made your purchase. Each retailer has their own refund and return policies.
