If are just after 3 of the same device you only need to do a single request.
Sam Tech Services only charges on the device search service.

How many research links will be provided per request

3 product links will be provided per request

I am not happy with the product links provided

If are unhappy with the product links provided, please reply back to the request email and provide further details about what type of device you are looking for.
Sam Tech Services will provide 1 extra research link to ensure that you are happy with the products that have been found.

What is a product link

A product link refers to a direct website link for the product found on an external online store such as JBHIFI, Harvey Norman, The Good Guys etc.
This is where you can buy the researched product.

All payments are made through the online Square payment form

Does Sam Tech Services have a refund policy

I have changed my mind can I get a refund

If you have sent your request and you have not yet received your researched product links, then you can get a full refund of your order.

Due to the nature of the service, if you have already received your researched product links, unfortunately we will be unable to offer a refund.
We can however offer a further researched product link and will ask further details to ensure that we find the best matched product.

Privacy

Are my payment details safe

All payments go through the Square payment service which is safe and secure.
No payment details are kept outside of the Square payment service.

What information is collected

Only information such as name, email and service request details are collected and used to provide the requested research service.
None of this information will be shared outside of Sam Tech Services.
